1. General Terms and Conditions of LH Hotels & Resorts s.r.o.
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the conditions of reservations made via the websites of the hotels of LH Hotels & Resorts s.r.o.
1.2. By visiting and browsing our website, using it and making a reservation, you confirm that you have read the contractual terms and conditions set out below, that you have understood them and that you agree to them.
1.3. Service Provider
The provider of accommodation and related services under these General Terms and Conditions is:

(hereinafter referred to as “LHHR”).
1.4. The company LH Hotels & Resorts s.r.o. (hereinafter “LHHR”) is registered at the address Římská 103/12, 120 00 Prague 2, Vinohrady. All correspondence should be sent to the above-mentioned address.
1.5. By making a reservation via the websites of the hotels of LHHR, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship. For this reason, you confirm and declare that you have legal capacity and are over 18 years of age, that you accept responsibility for all payments made on your behalf or by your credit/debit card, and you confirm that the information you have provided is true and correct.
1.6. All orders placed by you will be considered as an expression of your free will to purchase the requested services that are available in the offer of the hotels of LHHR. Your order will not be contractually binding until it has been confirmed by the hotel or the sales department of LHHR and until the advance invoice has been paid or a guarantee by payment card has been provided for the purposes of accommodation.
2. Types of reservations
2.1 Two types of reservations can be made on the hotels' websites
a) standard booking with the possibility of cancellation free of charge 24 hours before arrival
b) a non-refundable reservation with no cancellation and no refund.
2.2 Standard cancellable booking can be changed or cancelled according to the applicable cancellation policy
depending on the selected date.
2.3 For non-refundable bookings, changes or cancellations can be made without the possibility of
refund of the price already paid for the reservation. These bookings are, in contrast to standard bookings, always
discounted and the discounted price is subject to immediate prepayment of the deposit
from the client's credit/debit card and at the time the booking is made.
3. Making an online reservation
3.1 When making an online booking through the LHHR Hotels website, the following must be completed
the booking form with all the required information regarding the accommodation (selection of the desired
hotel, date of stay, number of people, number of rooms and discount code if applicable) and then click on
BOOK. You will then be taken to a page where you can book a specific room type,
according to the price and payment conditions. In the next step you are redirected to a page where you fill in the
booking form and you must enter your credit/debit card details.
The payment terms are two, you can choose:
(a) a discounted booking price for non-cancellable and non-refundable bookings
with immediate prepayment via your credit/debit card
b) standard booking - payment at the hotel reception and credit/debit card details are in
the form for accommodation guarantee purposes only. After final reconciliation and dispatch
booking, you will receive a booking confirmation showing all the details of the
details of your booking.
3.2 In the event that you choose immediate prepayment as your payment method via
credit/debit card, upon receipt of your booking, the hotel will charge the amount of your booking to
the credit/debit card specified in the booking. If the reservation should be paid by credit/debit
by a 3rd party card, i.e. the clients staying at the hotel will not be carrying a credit/debit
card that will be used to make the payment, please contact the front desk of the hotel by email so that we can
send us a link to a secure payment gateway where payment will be made.
3.3 If the payment authorisation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email along with a confirmation
reservation and invoice. If you do not receive a confirmation email or if you have any questions,
please contact our reservations department or reception at the email address of the relevant hotel.

4. Changes to reservations
4.1 All changes to reservations (change of name, date of reservation, change of hotel, change of room type, etc.)
must be made in writing to the email address of the reception of the hotel in question, contacts can be found on the website of the hotel.

5. Prices
5.1 On our website we always show the average price per room/night and the total price
per stay. In the booking form when making a booking, it is possible to edit the currency that
you request to pay. We accept payment in CZK and EUR, for any other currencies please
please contact the hotel reception.
5.2 Payment by credit/debit card can be made in CZK and EUR, for any
other currencies, please contact the hotel reception.
5.3 Exchange rates are set daily and are based on the CNB rates.

6. Payment terms
6.1 The method of payment depends on the type of booking selected and the payment terms are always stated
in the booking form.
6.2 For standard bookings with the option to cancel 1 day before arrival, the payment method is directly
at the hotel reception. For the payment method at the hotel reception, we require the clients, for guarantee purposes
the number of their credit/debit card including the validity of the card. We only verify this card
and pre-authorise the credit/debit card to the amount of CZK 1. Pre-authorisation means
blocking the amount on the credit/debit card for a limited period of about 14 days (the length of the blocking depends on
terms and conditions of the credit/debit card issuer), it is not a withdrawal of the respective
amount from the customer's credit/debit card.
6.3 For non-cancellable and non-refundable bookings, the condition of immediate prepayment applies
from the client's credit/debit card. Charging the amount of the accommodation to the credit/debit card indicated
is made by the reception of the hotel in question directly at the hotel's payment terminal.
7. Cancellation policy
7.1 By making a reservation, you accept the applicable cancellation policy in the event of non-arrival at the hotel.
or in case of late cancellation.
7.2 All cancellations or changes to a booking must be made in writing by email and
sent to the reception of the relevant hotel. Your cancellation or change of reservation will be returned to you
confirmed in writing. This confirmation will also state the amount of the penalty, if any, according to
the applicable cancellation policy.
7.3 For standard bookings with free cancellation 24 hours before arrival and payment
at the hotel reception, in the event of cancellation no later than 6.00 p.m. 24 hours before
arrival, no penalty will be charged. In case of cancellation after this deadline
or in the event of no-show, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the room rate and
any additional services booked for the first night.
7.4 For non-cancellable and non-refundable bookings with immediate prepayment on the day of
the reservation is made, in the event of a change, cancellation or no-show, you will be charged
you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total price of the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty.
- 5 - 7 days - penalty of 50% of the total price of the reservation
- 2 - 4 days - penalty of 75% of the total price of the reservation
- 1 day before arrival - penalty of 100% of the total price of the reservation
- no show - penalty of 100% of the total booking price
8. Complaints and compensation
8.1 If you have a complaint about the quality of the accommodation or reservations about the service provided, please try to
resolve everything immediately on the spot with the reception or the hotel management and allow them to
the situation as quickly as possible.
8.2 If it is not possible to resolve the problem on the spot, please send us your complaint by e-mail to
goldenwheel@lhhotels.cz within 10 days of your return. Your complaint will be
investigated and compensation, if any, will be offered on the basis of the applicable rules set out in
applicable law.
LH Hotels & Resorts s.r.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. It is
it is your responsibility to check the wording of these terms and conditions regularly before making any reservation
and to familiarise yourself with any changes to them.
