The nearest metro station is "Malostranská" (line A). From there, take tram 12, 20 or 22 to the "Malostranské náměstí" stop .
Continue on foot along Nerudova Street towards Prague Castle - after about 5 minutes of walking you will reach the LH Hotel Golden Wheel, which you will find on the right side of the street.
From Václav Havel Airport
Take bus 119 and get off at Nádraží Veleslavín metro station. From Nádraží Veleslavín take the metro to "Malostranská" (line A, direction Skalka).

Petřín lookout tower
